We ordered a 35 yard dumpster for our home renovation and that was filled up in a week so we ordered the second 35 yard dumpster to be delivered when the first dumpster would get picked up at the end of the first week. We got a slight discount by combining the pick of the first with the drop off of the second dumpster. We had some delays with our home renovation and requested if we could keep the second dumpster for a few more weeks. They said they would not guarantee and I could keep it but would need to return it at a short notice if they had a need for the dumpster which we agreed to. They allowed us to keep the dumpster for few extra weeks and that helped a lot. We had a good experience with Big Red Dumpster especially because they were flexible with the return of the second dumpster due to the delay with our home renovation project.
Big Red Dumpster brought a 10yd dumpster to our home for us to fill, then came and retrieved the filled dumpster for disposal. We needed the dumpster for our renovation project. We had several layers of flooring and underlayment from the two rooms, and two rooms of carpet and padding. Together this was far more than a few mini-van trips to the dump, so we decided to rent the dumpster. The web site was very helpful in guiding us in the size we needed, as it gave the dimensions of each dumpster. We reserved the dumpster online and completed the details over the phone with the office staff who were exceptionally helpful. The dumpster was delivered on the appointment day, within the four hour window as promised. When we completed our work, we called for pickup. Even though we were more than a week early, they picked up the next day.
I ordered a 20 yard dumpster for a home renovation project. They delivered it on time and placed it exactly where I wanted it located. All of the office staff were courteous and very willing to help. They even let me keep the dumpster a few extra days longer without charge. Good experience overall. I would recommend them to others and will probably be using their service again soon.
Delivered a roll-off dumpster and picked it up. It went very well. Kitty was very helpful because I needed to keep the dumpster a little longer than the two week limit because of some personal issues. She was told me that they couldn't guarantee I could keep it longer, but they would contact me if they needed it back. It turned out I was able to keep it a few weeks later and I was able to fill it.
20 yard dumpster drop off and pickup. Outrageously good customer service. Customer Service rep called to arrange drop off and even promised Saturday delivery. Driver was courteous and placed the dumpster exactly where we wanted it. Customer service rep called day of delivery and gave me her cell phone number in case there were any problems with delivery. Of course there weren't any problems. Customer service rep called after delivery to make sure dumpster was delivered, placed where we wanted it, etc. Customer service rep called again in two weeks to arrange pickup. Did I mention outrageously good customer service? Such a pleasant experience that i have no problem recommending them and would use them again.
They were priced well, did exactly what was promised, were courteous, prompt. I kept waiting for the catch and am still waiting. I had used "a popular home improvement store" a few weeks before and was not satisfied. These are the only folks that I will call now. The payment was some time ago and I don't have my record in front of me but they were very reasonable.

We rented a large dumpster to get rid of the construction materials from our ongoing renovations. Service was great and price was competitive! We actually had a problem on the day of delivery - a car stalled in the driveway - they kindly rescheduled the delivery for later in the day so that we could move the car. we have a very tough driveway to place a dumpster - there is literally only 10 inches of leeway and the driver placed the dumpster very gently and expertly. Most of all, everyone we came into contact with was friendly, responsive and a pleasure to do business with. These are the types of people we want to give our money to!

Provided 10cu yd roll off for a home renovation project. They had a competitive price but more importantly were flexible with the rental time, whereas other companies had steep rates for extra days beyond 7 or 14. I called on a Thursday and had my dumpster scheduled for the next morning. The driver came a bit early and realizing this they called me and offered to relocate the dumpster later in the day. I happened to be home at the time and saw the guy pulling up, so it all worked out. Very proactive about resolving any issues. The driver was very gently with the dumpster on my driveway and got it placed exactly where I wanted it.
